Do you use GISMO to its full potential?

For more than ten years, we have been working on a high-performance research information system for Ghent University, called GISMO, within the Research domain.

This system combines various objectives for different target groups:

• GISMO acts as a database for various entities involved in research, enabling the research administration to provide its services and comply with legal reporting obligations (FRIS, FOSB, FWO).
• GISMO Web (gismo.ugent.be) hosts various modules for researchers, allowing them to manage their academic profile (or parts thereof).
  Through the Research Explorer (research.ugent.be), GISMO offers internal and external interested parties a glimpse into the rich research activities of Ghent University.
