Scientific integrity

Scientific integrity in academic research is legitimated by the quality of the execution and results of the research. Various stakeholders (citizens, government, industry, civil society…) rely on scientific research for objective and nuanced knowledge accumulation of the highest quality. UGent is committed to quality assurance by maintaining, improving and refining these quality standards.

More information on the UGent policy on scientific integrity can be found on this page.

In addition, UGent offers seven knowledge clips on training in scientific integrity. You can find the knowledge clips on this page.

The Knowledge Centre for Health Ghent organises Blits-information sessions about Scientific Integrity.
